It includes some new features that may interest you. For those of you who have seen WorkZone, we added a quick tour of screen shots that shows new capabilities that make WorkZone more powerful and even easier to use. How a company recently used WorkZone. Recently a snow storm hit the northeastern United States. For many companies, being snowed in meant not getting work out. But one company plowed right through. Facing a deadline for a major presentation, they used WorkZone. With their office closed, and working from home, the team put everything together. They communicated with each other, shared documents, and using the partner capability, sent the materials directly to a local printer who had remained open in the storm. For many of the users, it was their first experience with WorkZone. In fact, some had received no training. It was so easy to use that even the printer figured it out with almost no instruction from the marketing group.
