Project Tracking WorkZone's Project Tracker lets you track the status of ongoing projects from a wide range of dimensions. You can view and update a project's status by project name, category, task, priority, responsibility, due date, current status or percent complete. Changes to key fields are recorded in an activity log, so that you can refer back to them later if you want to review your processes. sample view
See which tasks are on schedule and which are behind. Show all tasks or filter by project, responsible party or status. You can choose to offer client access, or simply use the Project Tracker within your organization. Hold weekly or monthly status report meetings, with everyone having access to the latest project plan, from anywhere they have access to the Internet. The Project Tracker is not meant as a comprehensive project management system (like Microsoft Project). Rather, it's a useful, easy-to-use tool for giving web-access to a basic project task list. Think of it as a nice replacement for that Excel spreadsheet you created and never remembered to update.
