Activity Logs
Need to know who did what, and when they did it? WorkZone captures all activities and makes it easy to determine when something occurred, who was responsible, and the category of the activity.
You can search the logs by user, document or time period. You can define the specific time-period of your search, allowing you to isolate everything from the most recent to oldest activity, right down to the specific hour. And, the logs are available from anywhere, at anytime.
It's a powerful tool for keeping track of everything, including all client, vendor and staff activity. Logs and reports put everything you need to know at your fingertips, allowing you to respond quickly to client concerns, to answer billing questions, and assess the quality of your client service.
The activity logs are also useful for gaining insight into which users are utilizing WorkZone and which are not. So much of making collaboration effective is getting team members to engage in the process. A quick glance at the logs will tell you which users are already engaged, and which ones may need additional support.
