Even though WorkZone is the easiest-to-use collaboration tool available, we also provide extensive, personal customer support. Why? Because we know that some users may not be very comfortable with computers or might need a quick refresher on the basics or advanced tools in WorkZone. Whatever your need is, our goal is to help you solve it.
Training
WorkZone is so easy to use that a single 90 minute, online training session will get you staff up and running. In most instances, client users require no training at all. Have a new employee or want a refresher on some of WorkZone's latest enhancements? WorkZone provides continuing training at no extra charge. Just give us a call and the session will be scheduled.
Support
Whether you're a first time user, or a seasoned WorkZone expert, we're here to help. No question is too small! Our friendly customer support team will solve your problem quickly and painlessly (and will probably even get to know you by name). There is no charge for support.
Support is available by phone and email; there is also a comprehensive online manual available to customers. Technical support is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
