WorkZone is a web-based tool that enables a non-technical user to create and maintain multiple extranets and intranets. WorkZone operates as an ASP model, making its advanced technology accessible via any standard web browser. No additional hardware or software needs to be installed or maintained.

WorkZone runs on Linux and utilizes Oracle as its back-end database.

We know that security is crucial to you, and it's our top priority. WorkZone employs several types of security on a 24/7/365 basis.

Physical Security: WorkZone is hosted at a highly-secure facility outside Philadelphia, PA. Access to the servers requires a security badge, PIN number, and sign-in at the front desk. The facility has extensive 24/7 video surveillance and a monitored alarm system. A key is required to access a locked cabinet that houses the password-protected servers.

SSL Data Encryption: All WorkZone data transmissions are protected using 128-bit financial-grade SSL encryption. The lock icon in the browser indicates that your data is fully secure while in transit over the internet.

User Authentication: All transactions are authenticated and require valid individual user IDs and passwords for access. Passwords are encrypted as they travel across the internet.

Folders and individual files can be locked (hidden), so that only authorized users can view specific information. Additionally, each user is assigned a specific "role" which defines his/her level of authority within the system.

Data Access: Trichys employee access to data is limited to technical staff responsible for system management and security. Customer data entered into WorkZone is owned by the customer.

Back-up: Customer data is automatically backed up hourly and stored at a secure, off-site facility.

System Redundancy: WorkZone technology is designed for 24/7/365 operation. It features built-in redundancy, including redundant access to multiple Internet backbones, redundant power protection via both battery backup and a high power emergency generator, and a sophisticated climate control system.

WorkZone offers built-in redundancy at every point including RAID 5 storage and multiple and redundant web, application, database, and file servers.

Perimeter protection: WorkZone servers are continuously monitored for attempted network attacks.

Operating System Security: WorkZone uses limited access points to production servers and protects all accounts with passwords. All operating systems, applications and other technology are maintained at each vendor's recommended patch levels for security.
