Here's what it offers: Full-text Search. You can search for any word or phrase contained in the contents of any document in WorkZone -- new documents, archived documents. Everything. The ability to search across multiple workspaces. You have the option of searching all the workspaces to which you have access. All at the same time. In advanced search, you can refine your search to include not only documents, but any content area including comments, calendar entries or project tracker tasks. In addition, you can search according to the time period in which the document was created and by user name, file type and file size. It's easy to use. Just like everything in WorkZone, the search function is easy to access and easy to use. It's available to all associate and client users, and can be accessed from anywhere within WorkZone. It's so powerful; you may want to put everything in WorkZone. For many users, the search function is more powerful and easier to use than the search function on their computer or company server.
